Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

The basics

RALLY52 is provided by Rally52, 21 Midsummer Court, Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes MK9 2UB, United Kingdom. By playing, you agree to these terms. The game is free to play and free players see ads; Rally Pass is an optional paid subscription with no ads.

Fair play

Every run is checked. Cheating, modifying the game, automating inputs, exploiting bugs to set times, or tampering with the servers is not allowed. We may remove times, reset progress, or ban accounts that break these rules. That includes Rally Pass accounts; see Refunds below.

Rally Pass

Refunds

We don't give refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for part-used months or years and for accounts closed for breaking these terms. Under UK consumer law you usually have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content; Rally Pass starts straight away, so at checkout you agree to immediate access and confirm that you lose this 14-day right once Rally Pass begins. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, for example if Rally Pass is faulty or not as described.

Cars and unlocks

Cars, wheels and name effects have no cash value and can't be traded or sold. What is free and what comes with Rally Pass may change.

The game itself

We do our best to keep RALLY52 running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Stages, leaderboards and features may change. Car models are based on "Rally Cars Arcade" by The Ash Store (CC BY 4.0). The cars and names in the game are fictional parodies and are not endorsed by any car maker.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the UK nation where you live.
